Functieomschrijving

English: For a well-known IT-company we are looking for enthusiastic technical customer service professionals who are fluent in English, preferable in combination with German. It's your job to help customers with questions on their purchase of one of the products of this IT-company, ranging from hardware- to software-issues. These questions vary widely and you will receive extensive training in order to help people as much as possible.

Deutsch: Als Mitarbeiter van einer Technischen Helpdesk, sind Sie Verantwordlich fur das Beantworten von einkomende Telephongesprache von so wie den Engelische wie den Deutschen Markt. Kunden die Sie anrufen haben unteranderem fragen uber verschiedene Producte. Das Ziel ist das Problem zu identificieren und wenn moglich zu lossen.

Wij bieden

Good labor conditions:
  • Salary: €10 - 12,-/hour (depends on position)
  • 16,5% allowances
  • Flexibility, you are able to work between 08.00 and 24.00hr. For 24 to 40 hours/week

Wij zoeken

Enthusiastic people with a good voice who are looking for a serious job for the long term. It is also important that you:
  • 20-40 hours/week available
  • Native speaker in speech and writing in English, and preferably also in German
  • Experience with customer service is a plus
  • Affinity with IT
  • Older than 18 years
  • Inquisitive and service-focused
