In the position of call agent, you will be working on various market research projects at this international contact center. You will be conducting surveys of German-speaking consumers and businesses by telephone. In order to make the most of every call, you'll have to be creative in starting the conversation so the respondent is willing to cooperate with the interview. The surveys cover various topics, including public institutions and the European Union, and change regularly.Wij bieden
