Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationaal georiënteerd callcenter in het centrum van Amsterdam. Als contactcenter medewerker werk je in een informeel team van internationale collega's. Functieomschrijving

Voor het bekende sportmerk NIKE zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste helpdesk medewerkers die vloeiend zijn in Frans en Engels óf in Duits en Engels. Je beantwoord hier vragen van consumenten over hun aankoop van een van de producten van NIKE. Deze vragen zijn zeer uiteenlopend en je krijgt dan ook een uitgebreide training om mensen zo goed mogelijk te kunnen helpen.
Deze positie is zowel fulltime als parttime te vervullen:
  • Fulltime: Je werkt Ma-Vr 9.00-17.00, 40 uur per week
  • Parttime: Je werkt flexibel tussen Ma-Za 16.30-21.00 , 20 uur per week
English: For the well-known sports brand Nike we are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals who are fluent in either French and English or German and English. It's your job to help customers with questions on their purchase of one of the products of Nike. These questions vary widely and you will receive extensive training in order to help people as much as possible.
It's possible to work either full-time or part-time:
  • Full-time: You'll work Mon-Fri 9.00-17.00, 40 hrs/wk
  • Part-time: You'll work Mon-Sat 16.30-21.00, 20 hrs/wk

Wij zoeken

Enthousiaste mensen met een goede stem die op zoek zijn naar een serieuze baan voor de lange termijn. Verder is het belangrijk dat je:
  • 20-40 uur per week beschikbaar bent
  • Perfecte beheersing in woord en geschrift van Frans én Engels of Duits én Engels
  • Ervaring op een klantenservice is een pré
  • Minimaal 18 jaar oud bent
  • Goed kunt werken in een team
  • Leergierig en servicegericht bent

  • Native speaker in speech and writing in German and English
  • Experience with customer service is a plus
